I had a positive experience with AMS. I did not feel pushed to purchase. I test drove my new vehicle for a day and a notification light was activated on the dash. For me that sealed the deal. I was not going to purchase the vehicle. The staff went to great lengths to get that issue resolved, even sharing the diagnostic report with me. They replaced the defective part on the vehicle. They negotiated well with me, and were very pleasant. I would recommend AMS.

I was looking at hybrids online for my job as a delivery driver so I could save gas money. I noticed AMS cars had a few Ford C-max's. I looked at the 2013 Energi model then went there to test drive it. Mike was the salesperson that got me in the car. I couldn't afford any down payment since I just moved, nor did I have another vehicle to trade since its transmission went out. They worked with me anyways and got me approved easily, even knocking $2k off their sale price, filling the gas tank, and giving me a free car wash coupon. It was only missing the cord to charge the car, but they ordered that for me. I bought it a week ago, just filled the tank yesterday (getting around 40 mpg without having the car charged), and haven't had any mechanical problems or anything. Great company and employees!

I did not buy a car here but was with a buddy and I was super impressed with the staff! My buddy was interested in an electric car that was already marked well under blue book value and while test driving the car (the guy seriously said "we're open until 8, test it all guys") we noticed there was a part missing for charging the car at home. After mentioning it they quickly ordered the part for us and had it shipped. They never pushed us to purchase or made us feel uncomfortable. I was planning on buying a car this spring and I will definitely be checking here first!

I recently purchased a 2006 Mercedes SL500 from AMS Cars. Fun ride! I had purchased a 2000 CLK430 from them 4 years ago, however a neighbor totaled it after a domestic flare up (said her brakes went out....) Devastated, I returned to AMS where Roy quickly lined me up with nice rides. He pointed to the SL500 and I said no. Too much car and no back seat. Alex, the owner, offered to find whatever car I would like. I returned a few evenings later and Matt, the mgr. said "why not this one?" pointing to the SL500. OK, I'll just drive around the lot. Wow. Carol went out of her way to work out the exact financing I wanted. After several trips there, I chatted with Bob who runs around the lot energetically getting all those beautiful cars ready for us to try. What a great team. They'll do whatever it takes to make your buying experience enjoyable.

I was on the market for newer (3 years old) Lexus RX to replace our old RX. I needed very particular configuration, certain exterior and leather colors as well as list of must have features. I was on the market for few months and was not able to find the car I was looking for in entire country. I contacted Alex to find the car for me. He explained to me in great details the whole process and cost associated with bringing car out of state. In less that 2 weeks he found a car and surprisingly the price was much lower that I was ready to pay. Even after shipping fees I saved few thousand $$$. Outstanding, friendly, service.
